We get in depth on how to maintain health while working your main gig and creating a side gig simultaneously, and explore the science of sleep and good health. Ted also shares his personal story of incredible tragedy and how it led to his recent Kickstarter campaign called “Be the Change Movement”. The “Be the Change Movement” is Ted’s organization that focuses on encouraging and connecting with people to help them set and achieve lifelong goals. The campaign is meant to elevate awareness for the Jimmy Ryce Center and their mission of raising money to purchase and donate bloodhounds to law enforcement for the purpose of finding missing people.
